With over 30 years in the fitness industry, these services draw from extensive experience across corporate wellness programs, fitness centers, schools, and private homes. Specializing in personalized training programs for individuals of all ages and fitness levels, the focus is on helping clients reach their goals and enhance their quality of life.
As a Functional Aging Specialist, the aim is to support mature adults in improving balance, gait, and focus—proactively reducing fall risk and promoting long-term independence.
